Where's my order?
You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times for your address are shown at checkout. If it hasn't arrived in that time, email us with your order number.
What if a product doesn't suit my dog?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it. Opened products are covered, and you don't need to send them back unless we ask. Full details are in our refund policy.
Which product is right for my dog?
Tell us your dog's weight, age and what you'd like to support, and we'll point you to the right product and the right amount.
Can you give veterinary advice?
We can't diagnose or treat. If your dog is unwell, takes medication or has a health condition, please talk to your vet first.
