Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. If we add other destinations, they will be shown at checkout.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on Australian orders over AUD $100. For smaller orders, standard shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout. Express shipping is also available at checkout for a flat fee. The rates and delivery options for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch orders on business days. Dispatch is when your order leaves us; delivery is when it reaches you. Estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout, and you'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email hello@vitality.pet with your order number and we'll follow it up with the carrier. If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.

Orders sent outside Australia

If we offer delivery to your country at checkout, these terms apply. Prices are in Australian dollars. Orders sent outside Australia do not include Australian GST. Your country may charge import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) and carrier handling fees when the parcel arrives, unless these are shown and collected at checkout. Some countries restrict pet supplements or hemp-based products, so please check your local import rules before ordering. If a parcel is refused or held by customs, we will refund the product price once the parcel is returned to us, less the original shipping cost.
