What do you sell?
Everyday wholefood supplements for dogs: Dr Doug English's Turmeric Life range (turmeric powder, Turmeric Dog Bites and MYSKIN skin gel), plus Omega Nectar oil and the Gland Ease fibre topper. They are nutritional supplements, not medicines.
What's in each product?
The full ingredient list is on every product page under Ingredients, with each ingredient listed by its common name.
How much should I give?
Each product page has a feeding guide by body weight under How to use. Start at the low end for the first few days, then build up. Making Golden Paste? The Golden Paste recipe has its own serving guide.
Can I feed them every day?
Yes. The supplements are made for a daily routine at the amounts shown on each product page.
My dog is on medication or has a health condition. Can I still use them?
Talk to your veterinarian first. Supplements don't replace veterinary care, and your vet should know everything that goes in the bowl.
What is your 30-day guarantee?
If a product isn't right for your dog, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund. Conditions are in our refund policy. The guarantee covers your satisfaction with the product; it isn't a promise of a particular health result.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on Australian orders over AUD $100. For smaller orders, a flat standard rate applies, and express shipping is available. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside Australia?
We currently ship within Australia only. If we add other destinations, they will be shown at checkout, and our Shipping policy explains duties and import rules.
