How to use
- Simmer ½ cup turmeric with 1 cup water for 7–10 minutes, until it thickens.
- Take it off the heat and cool for 10–20 minutes.
- Stir in 2–3 tsp fresh-cracked black pepper and ⅓ cup (70 mL) Omega Nectar.
- Jar it: 2–3 weeks in the fridge, or freeze in portions.
